  • The equipment is used through the facilities of Magnetic Resonance Lab (CAB).
  • Relevant details: The Electron Spin Resonance Spectrometer Bruker ESP300 and the high sensitivity ELEXSYS II E 500 provide structural and dynamic information from the paramagnetic or ferromagnetic resonance of the system. The equipments can operate at different microwave frequencies: 1.2, 9.4, 24 y 35 GHz and with a 0- 2.1 T magnetic field and in the temperatures range from 4K to 1000 K. The samples can be solids, powder, liquids and thin films.

Atomic Force microscopy with MFM, CAFM, PFM and mechanic properties characterization, micro and nanofabrication capabilities.
